Excessive noise may be caused by the following factors:

Loose screws: Check if the screws on the equipment are loose and ensure that all components are securely fastened. 

Ultrasonic frequency imbalance: Check if the ultrasonic frequency is misaligned and adjust it if necessary. 

Equipment overload: Avoid working at maximum power for extended periods of time to prevent equipment overheating and increased noise. 

Equipment installation: Ensure that the equipment is installed on a stable horizontal surface to reduce vibration.
